RJS Growth Partners was founded to support founders and leadership teams navigating the realities of growth. As organisations scale, decisions become more complex, priorities compete, and the cost of misalignment increases. At that stage, experience and clarity matter more than frameworks or volume.

We work as an external advisor to leaders of growing B2B companies who value thoughtful challenge and direct input. Our role is not operational, not interim management, and not coaching without mandate.
